In 1995, he founds the experimental research groups Martusciello, Ossatura, Metaxu, Zelle and Dogon; Italian groups that are immediately successful on the International experimental music scene. With these groups, he collaborates with artists such as: Michiko Hirayama, M.E.V. (Musica Elettronica Viva), Dagmar Krause, and Tim Hodgkinson.

In 1998, he participates in the album Woman next door, an homage to F. Truffaut by Rita Marcotulli, produced by Label Bleu (F).

In 2000, the French recording label Metamkine, in the collection Cinema pour l’oreille, brings out the cd Unsettled Line, a composition of concrete music that achieves numerous international recommendations and wins a prize in the International Electronic Music Competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2001.

In 2001, he is invited to France to be Composer in Residence at the Albi Research Centre (GMEA, Groupe de Musique Electroacoustique d’Albi). At GMEA he composes Dissectio, a concrete music work. He participates in the major festivals around the world.

In 2002, he takes part in the recording project Koinè with Rita Marcotulli. He joins the group with other members: Arto Tuncboyaciyan on percussions, Andy Sheppard on saxophones, Anders Jormin on double-bass, Philippe Garcia on drums and Gianmaria Testa.

In 2003, he presents the experimental project MOV1 in the Festival RomaEuropa2003 at the Auditorium - Parco della Musica in Rome, in the Santa Cecilia Hall. The work draws on Mahler’s Second Symphony and was made in collaboration with the pianist Danilo Rea.

In 2003 and 2004, he realises two audiovisual installations both commissioned by Rome City Council; the first, Exceptio was performed in the evocative location of the Diocletian Baths; and the second Fronte D’onda at the Armellini Foundation. He takes part in numerous collaborations with audiovisual art groups; among them the experimental cinema group Cane capovolto and Atelier MTK (Marseilles), Metamkine and Skoltz_Kolgen. He composes works for Italian national radio, RAI Radio Tre, for the Canadian Journées Electro-Radio Days and for television, performing on the Italian programme MediaMente.

In 2004, he presents the electronic project Rumors of war at the Villette Numérique in Paris; a work of denunciation against every type of war. He is invited to the Biennale Musica in Venice to present the project X-Scape. With the contemporary music composer Giorgio Battistelli, he writes the work Experimentum Mundi Remix, for which the world première takes place at the Auditorium - Parco della Musica in Rome on the Electronic Evening of the Festival RomaEuropa 2004.

In 2005, he is again invited to be composer in residence by the French Ministry of Culture in order to compose on the theme of the Resistance, which he performs in November at the Cinémathèque de Toulouse.

In 2005, he composes and performs the project Saundscape at the Auditorium - Parco della Musica in Rome, in the Santa Cecilia Hall, with the participation of Markus Stockhausen on the trumpet, Tara Bouman on the bass clarinet and Mark Nauseef on percussions.

In 2006, in collaboration with Enrico Ghezzi he creates the audiovisual performance entitled Fuorioraria: D(r)rive Out Of Time.

In 2007, he composes Gazelab, an Auditorium - Parco della Musica production and a project performed live in homage to the prestigious German label ECM. Gazelab is made up of two parts, Works and Sguardi, and is a re-interpretation, in electronic audio-visual form, of the two anthological series, Works and :rarum, by ECM. Completing the live project are some of the best ECM musicians: Jon Hassell, Terje Rypdal, Jon Balke, Anja Lechner, Miki N’Doye, with electronics by M2 (martux & mass).

In 2008, in a duo with the pianist Danilo Rea, he records the cd Reminiscence with the recording label Auditorium - Parco della Musica. The project is performed at many festivals, among which: Umbria Jazz and Ravello Festival.

In 2008, he presents the audiovisual installation X-Scape 07 at the Auditorium - Parco della Musica in the Artist’s Corner series.

In 2009, for the prestigious Italian review Musica Jazz, he composes and records the project About in a Silent Way, a new and original version of the famous album by Miles Davis. The project is aimed at merging the language of jazz with electronic. The group is made up of: martux_m (electronics), Fabrizio Bosso (trumpet, flugelhorn), Francesco Bearzatti (tenor, electric saxophone), Eivind Aarset (electric guitar, electronics) and Aldo Vigorito (double-bass).
The album is produced by Itinera, Verdearancio and Musica Jazz.

He has been curator of Sensoralia, the audiovisual electronic art festival at the Palladium theatre in Rome, from 2003 to 2005.

Currently he is holding the seminar Remix - The Aesthetics of Electronic Manipulation at the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia in Rome.
