- context: standing audience, clubs and festival stages are preferred but other venues work as well
- performance duration: approximately 60 minutes
- soundcheck duration: 75 minutes, preferably after arrival from the airport
- logistics: transportation by car arranged by the promoter
- artist's arrival for soundcheck: the stage has to be ready, table set in place with audio cables ready, dmx lights must be set and connected waiting for the artist to set up, make sure that the artist can start soundcheck without waiting for stage preparation or other artists packing
- stage manager: must have a printed rider and inform the technician team about requirements
- soundcheck and performance: other artists' table or equipment can't be on the stage
- table: 120 cm high adjustable aluminium stage table with minimum 150 cm surface not shared with others
- table position: must be measured and exactly placed in the middle of the projection screen
- power: 6-slot euro power socket and some duck tape at the artist's table
- audio: 2x 6.35mm jack output connects to venue's mixing desk
- monitor types: both floor and side-fill monitors can be used but can't be higher than the table [120 cm]
- monitor control: gain control at the artist's table
- projection direction: the venue should allow to project on the screen from the back of the stage projector
- resolution: ultra hd or 4k (3840x2160 pixels) or full hd (1920x1080 pixels)
- projector frame rate: 120 hz or 60 hz
- projector connection: hdmi cable at the at the artist table with direct connection to the projector projection
- screen: at least 80% width of the stage, adjustable height position, screen starts at 150 cm
- lighting: minimum 3 pieces of dmx led strobe lights
- lighting fixture position: must be placed on the stage ground facing the ceiling
- lighting connection: 3 or 5 pin dmx cable at the artist's table, fixtures are connected in daisy chain, meaning that the strobe lights are not connected to the venue's light desk and they are running independently controlled by the artist, see drawing on page 2.
- dmx addresses: 3-ch mode (intensity, duration, rate) starting at dmx001 for all the strobe lights
- spotlight: maybe a little amount of white spotlight from above the artist, depends on the venue
- room lighting: ambient light is not allowed in the room, all lights must be turned off
- haze: a little amount of haze in the room is acceptable, but increased haze or smoke can interfere with the light from the screen and may degrade the show's experience
- backdrop: black curtain behind the projection screen
- backstage: must be ready when artist arrives to soundcheck, water, coffee, snacks must be provided
- performance rights: all the performed compositions must be registered at the local performance right society, see on page 3.
- video and audio recording: yes, it is a great support for the artist to have a good quality video and line-in audio recording of the performance but the use of the recordings for promotion has to be discussed
- all power cables must remain plugged in and must provide electricity to artist's equipment if you would like to move the table then its possible to disconnect the power cable but it has to be reconnected in a minute
