[Texte disponible uniquement en anglais] Sometimes the hardware wonders what the software is doing. Sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes a brain in a jar in a simulation is just a brain, not a cigar. Even jar-brains can have a special day. This day is the jar-brain’s birthday.
This performance uses prop and animatronic modular synthesizers to pretend to be a video mixing performance. It's made from l'd candy packaging, offcuts from the laser lab, cadbury egg prizes, loose wires, fishtank parts, some arduinos, and other spare parts I had lying around the house.
